Can I open the parcel before paying?
Open-parcel availability depends on the courier and shipment service. Please confirm with our team before your order is dispatched.
Can I return fabric if it does not meet the expected standard?
Please contact our team immediately if fabric arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. Keep it unwashed, unused and uncut while we review the issue and explain the available resolution.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on the destination and parcel. Any applicable delivery amount is confirmed with your order before dispatch.
Will the fabric colour look exactly the same as it does on my screen?
We try to show colours accurately, but screens and lighting can cause slight differences. Ask our team for guidance when an exact shade is important.
