Delivery charges are calculated from the fabric GSM, selected width and ordered quantity. Your exact charge is shown before you place the order.
Returns and money-back support
Please inspect the parcel before accepting it whenever the courier permits parcel inspection.
If the delivered fabric is incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact our retail support team with your order number and clear photos. After verification, our team will arrange the appropriate replacement, return or refund.
For a change-of-mind request, keep the fabric unused, uncut, unwashed, undyed and in its original condition. Contact us before sending anything back so our team can confirm eligibility and return-delivery arrangements in writing.
Keep your order number, parcel packaging and product photos until your request has been resolved. Refund or replacement processing begins after the returned fabric or evidence is verified.
